Payment Terms:  Invoice will be sent by The Wyman Company and is payable by check, credit card (VISA, Master Card or American Express) or by wire transfer. A 3% surcharge will be added to any purchase made by credit card. A non-refundable fee of $500 is included in the price. 

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must be received in writing and should be emailed to pgoodell@ite.org. For space cancellations prior to June 19, 2026, exhibitors will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. There is no refund for cancellations after June 19, 2026.

Included with each 10’ x 10’ booth space: One 6'-wide draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket
