Included with each space: 

  • One 6' skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket
  • Two complimentary Expo Hall badges (includes meals scheduled in the Expo Hall)
  • Booth ID sign
  • Company listing on the convention website, including booth number, hyperlinked to your company website
  • Company listing in the convention app
  • Pre- and post-convention registrant lists (without email addresses)
  • Opportunity to purchase lead retrieval service (with email addresses)

Cancellation Policy:  In the unfortunate event an exhibitor finds it necessary to cancel, refunds may be made as follows: Prior to April 1, 2025 - Total amount paid, minus $600 cancellation fee. From April 1 to May 10, 2025 - Total amount paid, minus $700 cancellation fee. After May 10, 2025 - No refund will be approved.
