IMPORTANT:  Within one business day after submitting your application, the ILTA authorized sales team at The Wyman Company will send you an email via DocuSign with your ILTA 2022 exhibit documentation for you to review and electronically sign in order to complete your booking.  Your 50% deposit can be paid by check, credit card, or wire transfer, and instructions for payment will be included on the exhibit confirmation document you sign.

ILTA 2022 Exhibit Information 

Exhibit Fees:  To qualify for the member rate, your company must be a member of the ILTA in calendar year 2022. The rates per square foot are as follows:
  • On or before October 6, 2021: ILTA Member $27.75 // Nonmember $35.00

  • On or after October 7, 2021: ILTA Member $35.00 // Nonmember $45.00

Included with each 10' x 10' booth space:  8' back drape, 3' side drape, company identification sign, aisle carpeting, and exhibit hall security.

Exhibitors are responsible for the following services not included in the booth fee:  Booth furnishings, carpet/flooring (required by show management), inbound and outbound shipping and freight handling costs, electrical/internet/water services, audiovisual equipment, booth installation/dismantling, booth cleaning, and individual booth security.

Payment Terms:  After your exhibit application is submitted, within one business day you will be sent a confirmation document for your signature and your 50% deposit will be due (payable by check, credit card or wire transfer). Your deposit must be received by the ILTA before booth selection starts on November 15, 2021. All final balances are due February 28, 2022. Your current ILTA member status will be used to calculate your booth fees -- if your membership status changes for 2022 your ILTA booth fees will be adjusted accordingly. Cancellation Policy:  All payments are final. If booth space is canceled or reduced after payment has been received, no refunds will be given. All cancellations must be received in writing at

Booth Selection:  Booth selection begins November 15, 2021. You will be contacted by The Wyman Company to select your booth location in descending order of priority points. The deadline to receive extra 2022 priority points for early booking is October 6, 2021. Exhibitors that apply after booth selection will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths are not assigned unless 50% deposit has been received by the ILTA.
Priority Points: 2022 priority points are determined as follows:

  • Each year exhibiting at the show, including the 2021 show = 0.1 point
  • Every 100 square feet of 2021 exhibit space = 1.0 point
  • Every $2,500 spent on 2021 show sponsorship/advertising = 1.0 point
  • If 2022 exhibit is booked and 50% deposit paid no later than October 6, 2021 = 2.0 points
  • For the 2022 show only: If 2022 ILTA show sponsorship/advertising and/or exhibit space commitment as of Nov. 8, 2021 is greater than the company's 2021 spend/square footage, the higher amount(s) will be used to calculate 2022 priority points.
