After submitting your application, your AAOE sales representative with The Wyman Company will set up your 2025 online exhibitor account in eShow and you will receive an email with a link to review your purchase request and accept the 2025 Exhibitor Rules & Regulations within 3 business days of receipt of eShow login access in order to complete your purchase. Your balance can be paid by check, credit card, or wire transfer.

Booth Fees: $4,200 per 10' x 10' unit

Included with each 10' x 10' booth space: Nearly 12 exhibit hall hours with 6.75 dedicated solely to exhibit time, 2 staff badges, 3 one-time use registration lists (2 pre-conference and 1 post-conference), lunch for booth staff, company listing on the conference website, mobile app, and printed program, pipe and drape plus company identification sign, carpeting, and exhibit hall security.

Payment Terms: After submitting the exhibit application, an AAOE sales representative with The Wyman Company will set up your exhibitor account for the 2022 show in eShow and send a confirmation email with a link to review and complete the purchase by accepting the 2022 Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. The Exhibitor Rules and Regulations must be signed and full payment received prior to being placed on the show floor or receiving any attendee lists.

Cancellation Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable except if AAOE must pivot the in-person conference to an all-virtual event within 60 days of the event start date, exhibitors/sponsors may either (1) apply their entire in-person fee to a virtual package; or (2) apply their entire in-person fee to the 2023 AAOE Annual Conference; or (3) request a refund of their in-person fee, less the pro-rata share of all costs and expenses incurred and committed by the Association, not to exceed 20% of a company's total spend plus the cost of any items purchased for a sponsorship.
